Additional Membership Reports

Reports for all appointments run including who the users and trainers are, the value of the appointment and the commission if any. Create a report by trainer and includes:- Classes held that month- Total number of booked users- Total credits spent Occupancy Report - Can be used for occupancy/utilization for any resource (facility or staff member) - Potential heat-map of days of the week vs hours in the day showing busier and quieter times Example use case: We then apply each trainer’s commission rate to the total number of credits spent that month to calculate their payout. This report should remain private to each individual trainer.

Staff Notification System

Allow staff to enable self service pauses/resume in the customer portal and members mobile app. Also allow staff to set a limit of days/weeks/months that a member is allowed to pause their memberships within a period e.g per 12 months. Show the staff how much of the limit has been used so they are aware if pausing themselves.

Allow staff to process all sales for memberships, credit packs and products from the staff app including the ability to take contactless payments via the app.

Add POS To The Staff App

When in the staff app viewing a member profile, allow me to tap to call, SMS or email the member, without having to copy and paste their info.Also allow staff to email all members of the class in the staff app (as they currently can in the staff portal).

On my users list, I should be able to filter by promo codes that were used, so I can see which users used what codes for what products/services. Example use: I'm looking to see who is registered from a partnered sports club so they can check those using the discount are still active club members.It would also be helpful to have a separate report showing how many customers who used a specific promo code (for example, for a free class pass or a day pass) later went on to purchase a membership.

To simply the pause membership feature we plan to make the following improvements:Rather than calculating complicated pro-rated amounts every time a membership is paused/resumed we will change this so when a membership is paused we will just push the next billing date out by the equal period of time, this will bring several benefits that we can then quickly implement:<ol><li>Pauses can be flexible for any period, rather than fixed periods</li><li>We can enabled extensions to existing paused memberships easier</li><li>It would support and make it easier to build @Pause Limits feature</li><li>It would enable ability to pause pre-paid memberships (by pushing expiration dates instead)</li></ol>

Allow customers to book more than 1 spot in any class. The credits would be deducted from the credit pack of the person that booked.Only credit packs could be used and not memberships (to avoid abuse of unlimited memberships). Great for parents booking in multiple slots for kids, or for customers booking a slot for a friend.

Add the option to make a membership sold to be reciprocal, meaning the memberships and its inclusions can be used at any club within the brand, not just the one that it was purchased.

Membership & Package Reciprocity across locations

Right now, if a slot becomes available in a class (up to one hour before the class starts), Gymflow will automatically fill that slot with a user from the waitlist.Sometimes a user who is on the waitlist is automatically booked into a class and doesn't realise; they miss the automated email. This can cause them to not attend because they don't realise and they lose their credit. This also means that another user who is more keen to attend the class misses out.The suggestion is to not automatically add users on the waitlist to the class, but to instead send a message to all users on the waitlist inviting them to book the available slot, on a first come, first served basis.The sequence of events could go something like:<ol><li>Someone cancels, freeing up a slot in the class</li><li>All users receive a notification that a slot has become available</li><li>The first user to accept is given the slot and the class is full again</li></ol>

New Waitlist Feature - Opt In's

Generate a unique referral code for each customer that they can share with their friends/network that grants the person using it bonus in their account wallet.When the code is used apply a credit to to the person that referred them e.g $20 wallet credit to be used as they like and notify them that it was used to make them excited to share again. Provide a report of affilate codes and how many times they were redeemed, to measure the success of the program.

Allow creation of additional membership options e.g Personal Training Memberships that could be offer separately and purchases and run along side the existing memberships.Add on memberships could be offer in the purchase flow as up-sell options if set. e.g. a member could buy Unlimited Tanning for an extra $8/month, and perhaps a locker for $4/month

Allow memberships that include credits to roll over rather than reset. This would be done by adding a credit "account balance" that would be topped up each time the membership bills.This would also improve things for class pack only customers with a single balance view. Will consider option to allow credits into dip into negative balance for future bookings for memberships. (e.g. if a member runs out of credits this month and wants to use next months allocation).

<ul><li>When creating membership/credit pack trial, add an option to limit the number of times a user can purchase it.</li><li>If the member tries to buy the membership more times than they're allowed, show an error message explaining why they can't buy it.</li><li>If the staff member tries to sell the membership to someone who's already bought it the maximum amount of times, warn them but let them still sell the membership if they want to (e.g. if the member had bought the trial before but not used it, and now the staff want them to have another opportunity).</li></ul>

Limit Number of Trial Membership/Credit Packs Sold

Allow members to book classes in advance even when they dont have the credits available, only in the following circumstances:<ol><li>When they buy a membership that starts in the future, allow them to make bookings from the start date onwards</li><li>When they are a member but they run out of credits, allow them to book into the next month (when they will have credits again if they pay)</li></ol>This will involve having a credit account balance that can go into negative and then gets topped back up when they pay or the membership starts.

Future Booking Capabilities

Allow users to easily access any club within a brand so they can purchase or book from that club if they choose. This would allow users to have a membership at one location, but occasionally book and pay for classes at another location. It would mean a member could have multiple memberships if they were at different locations and is the first step to allowing reciprocal memberships.
