Automatic Contract Renewals

Offer automatic contract renewals as a setting, if enabled an automatic email would be sent to the customer 7 days before the renewal takes place, then contract will renew automatically.

If auto renewal is not switched on then membership would be out of contract and just billing month to month until cancelled.

    Option to allow staff to renew a membership early

    I think having a early renewal feature without cancelling and starting a whole new membership would be really helpful!

    In the area where staff can pause/cancel/change a membership, have an option to renew the membership early (charge early) which extends the billing period/potential commitment period automatically
