Show months overdue and last payment date on the User list and Overdue report

When chasing overdue members, staff can't quickly see how far behind someone is. The Overdue report only shows name, email and phone.

Request

• Show a clear "months overdue" (or days overdue) indicator on the User list and the Overdue report.

• Add the member's last successful payment date to the Overdue report.
