Allow Self Service Membership Pauses (With Limits)

Allow staff to enable self service pauses/resume in the customer portal and members mobile app.

Also allow staff to set a limit of days/weeks/months that a member is allowed to pause their memberships within a period e.g per 12 months.

Show the staff how much of the limit has been used so they are aware if pausing themselves.
