Indefinite Pauses

Currently, pauses must (to my knowledge) have a specified end date, at which point membership resumes automatically. Allowing for indefinite pauses could avoid slip-ups where resumptions occur unexpectedly, due to team forgetting to check in on members about extending those pauses further.
