Add birthdate and gender to data available in Zapier

Context: We utilize the birth date of clients to make an account for them on a third party piece of exercise equipment after they purchase membership. Currently, we need to look up client's profiles to find birth date, and pass that along to make accounts.

By providing birth date and gender in membership purchase zaps, it'll be possible for us to skip the step of looking up clients in Gymflow and go straight to that third party platform.
