We've spent this week making some minor but needed improvements to the UI and other finishing touches on existing features. Read on to learn more!

General Improvements ✨:

• Navigation UI Improvements: We have improved navigation and search to make it easier to use, in particular on mobile devices when searching for users

• Calendar Date Links: You can now create calendar links for specific dates, great for promoting single events or when you are launching a new class thats in the future. You see how to do this here.

• Auto Check-Out Rules: You can now set the time that members automatically check out of your club after check-in. This rule can be set from Setting > Rules.

• Trainer Role Updates: The Trainer staff role now has access to email class participants for classes they are hosting.

Appointments Improvements (Beta Testers Only) ⚙️:

• Create Appointment Update: When creating appointments in the staff portal you now have the appointment details available at the top to guide you through the steps.

  

• Bug Fix: The issue of the list of appointments looping when scrolling has now been fixed.

Bug Fixes 🐛:

• On certain screen sizes the "Calendar" page was not showing as an option, this is now resolved.

• Some users "doors" where not showing on the access tab, this was due to some changes in primary device restrictions. Reseting access from the users profile now resolves this issue, see this article.

• There was an issue with editing existing member profiles, this has now been resolved.

• The application locking up when opening the sidebar multiple times is now resolved

• Promotional code restrictions not showing when the membership was disabled are now fixed.

• The new "Access" page not showing for all staff roles has been corrected.

• Issues with editing staff profile details have now been fixed.

• Not being able to remove joining fees from memberships has now been resolved.
