Welcome to the newest update from Gymflow. This latest version introduces a suite of tools and enhancements designed to streamline class bookings and level up the gym experience.
The new class viewer includes:
Streamlined Design: Reviewing and managing RSVPs has become simpler and more intuitive, thanks to a cleaner and more user-friendly interface.
Class Milestones: Celebrate member milestones with our new class count feature. Whether it's their 'first class' or '100th class', acknowledge and motivate members on their fitness journey.
Birthday Highlights: Never miss a member's special day! Our new class editor now highlights birthdays, adding a personal touch to your gym's community spirit.

You now have the option to charge members a fee for missed classes. No show fees encourage commitment from your members whilst increasing your revenue.
No show fees can:
Increase attendance: With a financial penalty for not attending, members are more likely to show up for their booked sessions. This leads to a more active, engaged gym community.
Boost revenue: These fees offer an additional revenue stream, compensating for potential losses from unfilled classes due to no shows.

Analyse new data on the classes youβve run and class attendance. Filter the Classes Run results by trainer or class name. Download both reports for further analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.

After a brief hiatus whilst we improve the performance of these reports they are back and faster than ever!

No more logouts: We've squashed a bug causing unexpected logouts on our app and website. Enjoy uninterrupted access and save time β no more having to sign-in repeatedly!
Scrolling on user profiles: We fixed a problem affecting scrolling on user profiles, particularly on smaller screen sizes.
Access errors now display messages: All error messages related to Kisi access issues now show descriptive messages, making it easier to troubleshoot issues.
Prepaid membership prices display correct amounts: Under certain conditions, prepaid membership prices were displayed incorrectly in the staff portal. This has now been fixed.
