Ability To Customise Staff Permissions

GymFlow currently offers four pre-set user roles (Owner, Manager, Reception, Trainer). It would be great to have more flexibility by allowing us to create custom user roles.

Example Requests/cases:

(Potentially use Shopify as good example for custom permissions.)

• Want a role between Manager and Reception

  • Editing Inventory / Product Details / Add new product

  • Ability to Refund without seeing overall financials

• A staff profile that is more limited than current ‘Reception’ profile

  • They are only able to check members in, sell to members, amend memberships (pause, cancel etc) and add members to classes (so no access to Marketing, no member messaging)

• In our case, we’d be interested in creating a custom user role based on the ‘Trainer’ role, but with added permissions to create and manage their associated facilities as well as the names and descriptions of their classes.
