Access Reporting & At Risk Client Alerts

Feature Request

For clients using the access feature of Gymflow, we would like to provide reporting for check-ins including:

  • Check in volume by day/week/month or custom dates

  • Active vs Inactive member report, highlighting members that have not accessed the gym within a specified amount of days

  • How many visits a member has had per month and lifetime

  • Email Alerts to those who are inactive that can be customised and turn on/off

    there should also be daily live tracking of checkins on the dashboard, similar to the current tracking of class attendance

    Hey, @cary sochin I've merged your suggested post into this one as this is already what you need. Part of this post is just a check-ins report which can be added to the dashboard just like the current attendance one you use.
