Multi Site: Allows user to purchase, book across all clubs within a brand
Allow users to easily access any club within a brand so they can purchase or book from that club if they choose.
This would allow users to have a membership at one location, but occasionally book and pay for classes at another location.
It would mean a member could have multiple memberships if they were at different locations and is the first step to allowing reciprocal memberships.

Hi All,
I wanted to share that you now have access to a very early version of an improvement we have been working on.
As a multi-site business, I know you have been at least once, if not many times, frustrated that users cant easily use their account across multiple locations. Well, good news, this is all about to change.
We have made the following changes to the way user accounts work in Gymflow:
User Account: This is the full name, email, password and payment methods. These can now be used across any club in your brand, provided they have a Profile at the club
Club Profiles: This is all the other details of what the user does at each club, including some personal details, but all memberships, packages, bookings, notes, tasks, etc.
What does this mean in reality? Well, users will be able to:
Change between clubs in the app with no friction
Utilise their existing payment methods at any club
Buy memberships, credit packs, and products at different locations at the same time
Book classes and appointments across multiple clubs
Have a clean history of activity (notes, tasks, purchases, bookings) siloed at each club
No more having to “Change Home Clubs” for users.
What this is not. This does not mean a member can use their membership/credit pack that they purchased at club A at club B. This is a more complex feature that will be covered under the roadmap post “Reciprocal Memberships & Packages”.
Beta Functionality
As of now, you or staff at your clubs can easily create multiple profiles for an existing user to give them the ability to move freely between locations as described above. To see how, just read this guide.
Full Release: The full release of this will be available in a few weeks and will allow users to move around without the need for a staff member to action it, as well as an improved UI/UX in both the staff and member profile areas to make this feature more visible.
I hope this is welcomed news, and we are keen to collect any feedback you have as you or your users start utilising this feature.
