Visit tracking

now that access visits are being tracked in each members file it would be good to be able to view in increments (5, 10.25, 50, 100) like all other reports and/or be able to pull a report by date range and/or run the report in excel or pdf format to be able to save or send for those members who need that info to requisition reimbursement from work/insurance, etc
