Virtual Classes & Appointments: Meeting Links

Allow staff to add a video meeting link (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.) to a class or appointment, so clubs can run live virtual or hybrid sessions through Gymflow.

The link would only be visible to members who have booked, for example in the booking confirmation email, the members app and the calendar invite. Members would book and pay as normal, including with credits.

Example use case: A coach running hybrid training schedules a live online session, and clients book into it with their credits. Only booked clients receive the meeting link, without the coach sending it out manually.
