need to be able to stay signed in for extended periods of the day - if inactive on site system logs out in about 5 minutes or less - thoghout the day have to login repeatedly in order to vheck in members
ok, please provide follow up as this has been happening since we began on the platform on 8/1/23...

Big agree with @cary sochin Adding a Stay signed in option would be hugely helpful - every time I close a window or tab with Gymflow I need to type in the name of my gym (meaning, this is an issue that costs me time a dozen times a day).

glad to see in progress...it is quite the problem to have to sign in repeatedly to check in people and/or process a transaction throughout the day, every day...but how long for solution?

Hi @cary sochin, I've updated this post to a Bug Report as currently log outs are set as 12 months expiry so you shouldn't be getting logged out.

do we have a time frame for the bug solve? it truly is an annoying problem that creates lots of wasted time thoughout the day having to login again and again?

as a point of note, since 11a today thru 2p i have had to log back in 9 times...please solve this issue...

ok, plase find a solution - i have every staff member complaining as it happens to all of them on all shifts throught the day, every day - it is expecailly troublesome when attempting a transaction or adding a new lead/user - you think you are logged in tehn go to finalize and are logged out
