Tagging System

It would be useful to be able to tag users, memberships and credit packs. These tags could then be used to filter reports, amongst other things.

For instance, it would be useful to be able to tag certain leads and then exclude those leads from lead reporting, so they don't affect metrics like the close ratio.

This could also be used to filter the user group easily to send a bulk email / SMS to a custom group.
