Staff ability to help client manage client's password at sign up

When staff helps a new member to join, we do not have the ability to set a password. The client must then get into the account, proceed with a "Password reset," Go to their email, Click the link, Set the password, then go back into the app, and log in.

Can we not just have the option to create a password initially?
