Set availability per appointment type

Let staff set which days and times each appointment type can be booked on their schedule, instead of one availability that applies to every appointment type.

Example: a manager offers tours in the mornings and evenings, with lessons available in between. Today they have to keep switching between appointment formats to control what can be booked. This would give staff proactive control over their own schedules.
