Self-Serve unsubscribe option for leads

Right now if a lead signs up via the Contact Us for they can choose to receive notifications or not. Though to turn them off they need to contact the club (as they might not have an account/password yet if they didn’t sign up).

In these cases an “Unsubscribe” option in emails (or a link that can be added to emails) that would automatically unsubscribe the lead would be helpful.
