Schedule "Next Membership" For Pre-Paids Ending and/or extend pre-paid time,

1) When a pre-paid (Paid in full) is coming to an end, add an option to schedule what members they will move to next and decided to charge for it at the time of sale or on the date of switch.

2) Alow a self-serve option for members of pre-paids to buy again mid-membership.

Example: Say a member is 1 month into a 3 month membership, we offer a promo for another 3 months signup - we want them to be able to purchase this and extend their pre-paid time.

Example: You offer a day pass with an incentive to sign up same day - members should be able to sign up and pay for a membership right away.

Example: You want to sell a Trial membership that converts into a specific normal membership once the trial period is over.

This means sales teams can track upcoming expirations and get members locked in ahead of time without waiting for the membership to end.

    Automated Trial-to-Standard Membership Conversion

Currently, trial memberships in Gymflow expire at the end of their term. This requires staff to manually track expirations and sell customers standard memberships.

    Proposed Solution

Implement an "Auto-Convert" logic for trial memberships. When a user signs up for a trial, the system should allow for a pre-selected standard membership to trigger automatically once the trial period ends.

this sounds good. id like to be able to set a 7 day “trail” membership that auto renews into a monthly if they dont cancel.

This would be great, as well as an auto-renew feature for a recurring membership with a set term (i.e. annual/paid monthly) where it will reset the term unless cancelled prior to renewal.

Definitely an essential for us as its something we've been doing for years in so many gyms. It gives a great service to members - ensuring uninterrupted access and allows us to renew their membership before we've lost them. ✨️
