Remove user completely from Class/Event

Being able to remove someone from class would be helpful. Right now the only options are to Cancel or No show, which are helpful, but sometimes we may just want to move class times for someone. EX - They text "Hey Jake, can I actually come to the 12pm class instead of 10am?"

We could then just remove them from the 10am instead of it showing "canceled"
