Prorate included credits when a prorated membership is paused/resumed

When a prorated membership that includes credits is paused and later resumed, the system correctly prorates the membership price (calculating saved days and adjusting the invoice on resume). However, it does not prorate the credits that come as part of that membership. This creates a mismatch: the member is charged a reduced, prorated amount but the credit allocation is not adjusted to match.
