Make it possible to select which credit pack you'd like the credits to be deducted from

Currently, if a customer has multiple credit packs in the same category, credits are automatically deducted from the one expiring soonest.

We need to allow both staff and customers to choose which credit pack they’d like credits to be deducted from.
