Currently, GymFlow requires a customer to have a full account/profile before they can be booked into appointments. Although leads can be created manually or captured via contact forms, these lead profiles cannot be scheduled for appointments.
Allowing staff to book leads directly into appointments would significantly streamline the customer experience, especially for club tours or introductory sessions by enabling automated booking notifications without needing to create a placeholder customer profile as a workaround.
Additionally, if an appointment is cancelled, the lead would receive the appropriate cancellation email, and the internal team would have clear visibility that a tour or appointment was both scheduled and cancelled. This would improve internal tracking, communication, and follow-up processes, ensuring better transparency and operational efficiency.
