Allow users to cancel class bookings inside the clubs cancellation window to free up available slots in the classes. <ul><li>Do not give back the credit for bookings that are cancelled late </li><li>Record them as a late cancellation in a late cancellation report</li><li>Charge them an optional late cancellation fee which can be set by the club </li></ul>
