Improve Sales Tax Management

Objective: Make it easier for business owners to manage tax no matter the region they operate in.

Features:

1. Allow an option to set pricing Exclusive of sales as a global setting, pricing everywhere including customer areas would be show ex tax and total inc tax shown only at checkout.

2. Allow sales to be set on a per items basis as well as a global default. This helps clubs adjust sales tax where certain items are exempt etc.

3. Add more information to revenue reports including Inc Tax, Ex Tax and Tax Collected amounts for better reporting of sales tax collected.
