GymFlow Appointment Data Integration with Zapier

We would like to request the integration of GymFlow's appointment data with Zapier. This integration will allow users to automate workflows by sending appointment data from GymFlow to other platforms such as Mailchimp and Typeform.

Use Case: Our goal is to streamline communication and engagement with clients by automating the flow of appointment data from GymFlow into Mailchimp for targeted email campaigns and into Typeform for feedback collection or additional client information gathering.

1. Zapier Trigger Setup:

   • Trigger Event: New Appointment in GymFlow.

   • Data Points: Similar to the class trigger the trigger should capture the following data:

     • Client Name

     • Client Email

     • Appointment Name

     • Appointment Date

     • Appointment Time

     • Staff Member Assigned

     • Appointment Status (Confirmed, Cancelled, Rescheduled)
