Gym Check Ins & Attendance
Allow users to be checked in and checked out of the club, this would be automated if the club was using the Kisi integration, this would enable the following improvements:
Have a live list of everyone that is in the club in Gymflow
Add attendance reporting to Gymflow
Set optional anti pass back rules to only allow users to check in X times per day and not check in again once in the club
Automatically mark check in users as attended to classes they have booked at a similar time to check in

would suggest adding an admin override to be able to checkin and/or book classes/training even if someone is late on payment - this happens if/when a cc is compromised;stolen and waiting on new card or special cricumstance where a club allows a member to pay late but still have access to services - most gym owners with long time clients treat them with kid gloves and the expecattion they will pay - so access is not and woulnd not be an issue for clients/members who have been in good standing for months/years

This would be fantastic to see as we are in a holiday destination and people want to buy a 10 pass card. So this would be a game changer.

Hi All,
Great news for you all today, this feature is going into private Beta testing next week! It will be made available for a small selection of client to provide feedback and help improve it before wider release.
We expect it will only be in Beta for around 2 weeks and then will be released out to all, as per the schedule time :)

Hi All,
Just an update on this feature, we have been beta testing this feature for the last 2 weeks and released some major improvements to it yesterday and again today. We are just awaiting the last feature (auto check outs) to be added and then we will be releasing access to all clients in advance of automated Kisi check ins to this list as well.
Not long now and will be worth the wait for a more polished version!

where can this list be viewed? i can only see it in admin portal not staff - where is this attendance shown? it is not reflected in the tabulation for attendance

Hi Cary, it shows only on the access logs page for now. Reports are coming for attendance after we finish the feature completely.

this is not realy a completed item - still have not added the tracking of access checkin on the dashboard - we have no way of knowing how many checkins occur per day in real time

Hi @cary sochin this post is for the check in function only and not the reporting. You can find the reporting under “Access Reporting” which you would have seen recently move to “In Progress” which I’m sure its welcomed news!
