Guest & event waivers

The ability to have a simplified sign up form for guest users, and users who attend events. The form could consist of just:

• Email

• First Name

• Last Name

• Mobile Number

Ideally, would like to have 2 versions of this form to use:

1. For events. Anyone who signs up would show up under leads under an Event column/tag

2. For guests. Anyone who signs up would show up under leads under a Guest column/tag

At the moment, these members need to complete the full sign up process (password etc).
