Reports currently count secondary members as their own memberships, so a primary with one linked secondary shows as 2 in Memberships Sold. Secondaries aren't charged while linked, so this inflates paying member counts.
Proposed change: leave secondaries out of all membership reports, and add a "Secondaries" filter to the Users list so clubs can still see who they are.
