Book multiple facilities for one class

Allow a class to be linked to more than one facility, so booking the class blocks all of those facilities at that time.

Example: a golf studio with individual hitting bays runs an 8-person class that needs 2 bays. Today each class can only be linked to one facility. Facility sections get close, but you'd need a separate group for every combination of bays you use.
