Basic retention CRM

It would be great to have a basic retention CRM built into Gym Flow that automatically creates tasks for staff members.

For example: create tasks for new member welcome calls, low-usage follow-ups, alerts to call members who have cancelled, alerts for expiring memberships or credit packs, and alerts for overdue memberships. Ideally, we would be able to set the rules for when these alerts are triggered, for example, a welcome call 48 hours after joining or a non-attendance call after 14 days without a visit, etc.
