Overview: When a prospective member begins the purchase flow but does not complete checkout, they are currently captured in the Leads pipeline under the "New Lead" column. However, their lead source is recorded as whatever they manually selected on the sign-up screen (e.g. Instagram, Google Search, Walk In) rather than reflecting the fact that they got as far as initiating a purchase.
Proposed Solution: When a lead abandons the purchase flow, their lead source should be automatically set to "Abandoned Purchase" (or similar), either overriding or appending to the original source they selected. This would allow clubs to quickly filter and follow up with high-intent leads in a targeted way.
