Create and sell services by accepting bookings based on availability of either staff members or facilites. Use cases include:
Accepting Personal Training, Massage, Physio and other services Bookings by trainer availability
Accepting bookings for sports courts like squash, Padel etc by availability of the court.
Scheduling gym tours or sales appointments by availability of the gym or front of house staff.

Hi All,
I'm pleased to say we have now extended the beta version of appointments out to all clients as of today!
You can start using it now, we suggest reading through the help docs first: https://support.gymflow.io/en/collections/8852784-appointments
As with all features this is only the beginning and we have lots more improvements and additional functionality coming for appointment bookings that you can track on the roadmap board as additional features.

Quick update from us on appointments, early testing is going well, we have been ironing out a few quirks and pleased to say we will be going live with a larger beta test group late next week!

Hi All,
Great news, this feature is starting early testing TODAY! It will be going out to a small private group of testers to provide there feedback with the aim of having a public Beta tester period to follow in a couple of weeks.
