Ability to add a class signup cutoff time (ex: 24 hours in advance)

Add feature to cutoff class signups in advance. Example: either 24 hours or 12 hours in advance clients must be signed up for a class or the class will be locked out. This can prevent last minute signups you may not be prepared for.
