This Week in Gymflow: New Reports & Improved Performance

We are excited to share the newest updates to Gymflow!

These last few weeks our team has embarked on a bug hunting expedition to make your Gymflow experience faster, more consistent and more reliable. Additionally, we've added a new set of reports to help you manage your memberships better.

Our commitment is to elevate Gymflow beyond just meeting your needs; we aim to exceed them, transforming your gym management experience into something more seamless and intuitive than ever before.

Here’s what we've been working on...

Pausing & Resuming Membership Reports ▶️


Effortlessly track membership pauses and resumes with two new reports. You can now run future dated reports to track how many memberships will be paused or resumed, offering you better planning capabilities.

You can check out the new reports for yourself by going to Reports > Members.

Performance Improvements 🏎️

Experience significant speed enhancements across the Gymflow app. Notably, the user list now loads much faster, a change that's particularly beneficial for clubs with a large member base.

These improvements are not just limited to one area; enjoy faster load times for reports, applying filters, tasks, bulk emails, and more, streamlining your administrative tasks and saving valuable time.

Extensive Bug Fixes & Improvements 🔧

In this update, our team has been on a bug hunting mission in order to enhance your Gymflow experience. This focused effort has led to a series of significant improvements and refinements. Here are some of the highlights:

  • We've upgraded our system to ensure mass email sending is fast and reliable, even with extremely large recipient lists.

  • We've improved the purchasing process for existing members buying memberships, credit packs, or products through Website Pages, aiming to boost your conversions.

  • When selecting an event, only active activity categories are now displayed, simplifying the process.

  • Our membership ending report now aligns with the exact dates on user profiles for consistency.

  • Billing dates display correctly in both the member app and portal, avoiding any confusion.

  • Timeline dates for emails set are consistently accurate, enhancing user experience.

  • The 'Country Code Required' error experienced by some gyms has been eliminated when creating new users, ensuring a smoother onboarding process.

  • Products can now share names within the same brand, allowing individual gyms to have greater flexibility in their offerings.
