We’ve overhauled our club rules system to allow loads more flexibility for booking rules as well as a ton of new rules help you manage bookings.
Booking Notice Period: Set how much notice you required for new bookings to avoid last minute bookings.
Concurrent Bookings: Set if you would like to allow users to book classes or appointments that overlap which each other.
Booking Limits: Limit the total number of upcoming bookings a user has at any one time, useful to stop unlimited package holders from dominating the schedule.
Reschedule Notice Period: Applies to appointments only but allows you to stop last minute rescheduling of appointments
You can now create sets of rules and apply them only to selected classes or appointments to allow total control over your booking rules.
Booking rules can now be set for any class and appointment. Previously rules only applied to your classes. You now have the option to setup rules for both classes and appointments.
You can now track individual users visit directly from their profile, simply head to any users profile and click on the Visits tab to view historic visits.

Members are now unable to join waitlists if they dont have the available credits to complete the booking.
Appointments can now be cancelled in the members app in line with the clubs rules
Slow loading Revenue Report list has been optimise and now lighting fast ⚡
Issues removing fixed date from memberships after creation has been resolved
Lead information not update when updated on the main user profile has been resolved.
