New Activity Filters, Bill on Start Date & More

New filters to find your active and inactive members in seconds, and the option to sign members up today but bill them on their start date. Plus faster Apple Pay and Google Pay checkouts and better email deliverability.
🔍 New User List Filters
The User List now shows each member's Last Booking and Last Visit date, and you can filter by both using a date range. We’ve also added Secondary Members filters to so you can included or exclude partners and family members from lists.
Spot members at risk: filter for members with an active membership whose last visit was more than a few weeks ago, and reach out before they cancel.
Win back lapsed members: find everyone who hasn't booked or visited in months and invite them back with an offer.
Reward your regulars: see who's booked or visited recently and keep your most engaged members feeling looked after.
Take it with you: the new dates are included when you download the User List, ready for your own analysis or campaigns.
Exclude shared membership: Get a more accurate list of paying members or audit shared accounts.

🗓️ Sign members up now, bill them on their start date
Every membership now has a Bill on setting with two options:
Sign up (default): works exactly as it does today. The first payment is taken at the point of sale.
Start date: the first payment is taken on the membership's start date instead. Perfect for pre-sales and new club openings, or getting a sale in advance of someone starting.
Staff can select either option at checkout but members pay as per your membership settings, defaulting to on sign up.

💳 Faster Apple Pay and Google Pay checkouts
Members can now pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay straight away at checkout, without having to add a card first. Their wallet is saved as a payment method at the same time, so future payments are taken care of in the same step.
🛠️ Billing fixes
Promo codes survive price changes: when staff change a member's membership price, their promo code discount now carries over to their upcoming payments instead of being lost.
Moving a pro-rated start date: moving a pro-rated member's start date earlier after they'd already paid could charge them again for a period they'd already covered. Now only the missing pro-rated days are charged.
We hope these help you keep members coming back and make your next launch a smooth one. As always, we'd love to hear what you think.
Kind regards,
The Gymflow Team
