  • Surfaced at checkout: Instead of a "hidden" link that takes customers out of the purchase journey, terms are now surfaced directly in the checkout flow.

  • "Agree and Sign": We have replaced the simple tick-box with a clear "Agree and Sign" button to create a proper legal capture of the customer's acceptance.
