Members App Updates: Shop, Classes, Appointments

As you may know, we have big plans for a complete revamp of the Members App — and this week, we’re excited to roll out the first set of improvements as part of that journey. These changes focus on the Shop, Classes, and Appointments sections of the app, with more to come soon!

What’s New:

🧭 Customise App Navigation
You can now control the navigation menu of the app, only showing the options you want to have. By default all options are shown and you can customise from Settings > Members App.

🛒 Faster Purchase Flow
Members can now top up or buy packs without leaving the booking flow — quick, smooth, and effortless.

📝 Dedicated Appointment Tab
For clubs offering appointments, there’s now a clear and easy-to-use tab just for booking them. If you dont offer appointments this tab will not show by default.

🗓️ New Calendar Views
Members can switch between the regular day view and list view for a more personalised booking experience.

Clearer Booking Rules
Booking deadlines (like “booking closes in 59 mins”) are now shown clearly to help members plan ahead.

🏃 Dynamic Capacity Info
To maximise bookings we now show only slots remaining when the class is at least 50% booked. In tests this led to higher booking rates as customers are usual less likely to book a class with low numbers. This tackles this point as well as driving urgency for bookings later.

🎨 Cleaner, Design
A refreshed look and feel with improved usability and performance for a smoother app experience.
