This month’s updates focus on improving communication reliability and enhancing automation options for clubs using integrations.
Previously, many clubs experienced frustration when sending mass marketing emails & SMS, only to discover that a large portion of their members had opted out from receiving them (which was the default setting).
To address this, we’ve added a new club setting: Club owners can now choose to automatically opt in new members to marketing emails and SMS. Members can still update their preferences at any time.
Here’s a guide on how to activate automatic marketing opt-in for your club.
For clubs using our Zapier integration, we’ve added more trigger options to help streamline your workflows. You can now create automations based on the following events:
Appointment Booked
Appointment Cancelled
Appointment Rescheduled
These new triggers make it easier to connect your gym software with third-party tools for notifications, calendars, and more.
