Weโve improve the user interface and user experience of the members app shop for a better shopping experience so you can convert more sales!
All products and services are now in list view, allowing potential customers to see all of your options without needed to swipe left/right to find them.
We have added appointment packages to the shop so you can now sell your appointment packs directly in the members app
Weโve added easier filters for credit packs so assist customer browsing packages
Itโs now quicker to browse the categories on all screen sizes, in particular itโs been adapted for better responsiveness on smaller screen sizes.
Weโve improve purchase confirmations and re-directs to ensure itโs clear when sales have processed and what actions are available next.

Agreeing club waivers in the mobile app no longer requires a completed profile, which was causing some confusion.
When you convert a lead you no longer lose your notes, all notes are shown on the users notes section in a single view.
Weโve improved the calculation for charges when changing members to be more accurate, previously this had some inaccuracies for non prorated memberships.
Access for facilties bookings improved to grant access instantly for last minute bookers so there is no delay in entry.
User Experience for resuming memberships improved to provide more clarity on fees due or not due.
Marketing Preferences not updating when new leads submitted with different preferences to prior submissions.
Upfront membership add-ons were being pro-rated incorrectly in some circumstances, this has now been fixed.
The next billing date when changing a pending members start date was calculating incorrectly, this has now been fixed.
Classes Run list report not downloading for some users has been resolved.
