We've overhauled the user registration and purchase process to help you get more sales! This new two-step approach simplifies the start of a user's journey, so they can get to the checkout faster, while still allowing you to capture all the information you need.
Previously, you had to ask for all user details up front. We've now streamlined this process so that new users only need to enter their full name, email, and a password to create an account.
This change reduces friction and gets potential customers to the checkout screen faster, which means more sales for your club.
Moving these fields out of the initial registration also brings us one step closer to allowing Apple & Google sign up, as they do not allow fields like mobile number during registration.
We know you still need key information from your members, and our new onboarding process makes it easy to get it. Now, you can collect the rest of the information you need in bite-sized pieces after the initial registration.
Your members will see a banner at the top of their screen or be prompted to complete their onboarding when they go to book a class or access the club. This new, segmented flow makes for a much smoother and more enjoyable user experience.

We've also added Profile Picture as an option to your onboarding flow. An easy and fun way to bring member profiles to life, and to help staff recognize members as they walk in.
