🎉 Long-Awaited Update: Scheduled Membership Changes!

We heard you! One of the most requested features is finally here—a simpler, clearer way to change memberships without confusion.

Before, switching memberships immediately could reset your billing date and cause unexpected pro-rated charges, making it tricky to understand the final cost.

Now, when you click "Change Membership," you'll have the option to schedule the change for a future billing date. The system will show you a dropdown of available dates—no more unexpected billing shifts or complex calculations!

The billing date stays the same—no surprises.

Less confusion around pro-rated charges.

Membership changes no longer impact cancellation and sales reports

Previously, the changed memberships appeared as "Cancelled" and “New Members” in reports, which could lead to inflated data. Now, they are labeled as "Upgraded" or "Downgraded" in the Membership Sales History tab, ensuring more precise reporting.

🔹 A quick note

For now, this feature is only available in the Staff Portal—customers won't yet be able to change their memberships from the Members App. But good news! We’re already working on an update that will allow clubs to enable this option for their members, Stay tuned for upcoming releases!
