No more choosing between staff or facilities — you can now create appointments that require both to be available.

📌What’s new?

Previously, you could create appointments based on either a staff member’s availability (e.g., a personal trainer) or a facility’s availability (e.g., the sauna). Now, you can set up appointments that require both a staff member and a facility to be available at the same time.

📌Why this matters

This means no more double-booking or manual cross-checking between people and spaces. Members can book sessions only when everything they need is ready for them.

🏋️A personal trainer and a private training room.

🎾A padel coach and a padel court.

💆‍♀️A massage therapist and the massage room.

🏊‍♀️A swimming instructor and a swim lane.
