New In-Person Payment Methods Options

🚨 This new feature is only accessible to clubs that have transitioned from their legacy Stripe account to our platform’s account. All club owners needing to transfer will have already received an email with step-by-step instructions on how to make this switch— if you have not yet completed this, follow the steps in this article.

We love being ultra modern, cashless and paperless, but we recognise that in some cases flexibility is needed to maximise sales.

We’ve listened to your feedback and added new in-person payments options like cash, bank transfer, cheque, or manually via your own payment terminal — not just through online card payments.

What in-person payments can help with:

  • More Flexibility: In addition to card payments, staff can now log cash, bank transfers, cheques and even record sales you put through a separate terminal.

  • Lower Costs: Avoid online transaction fees, especially for smaller items like drinks and snacks.

  • Better Tracking: Keep all your payment records organized in one place, no matter how the payment was made.
