We’ve made significant updates to our appointment booking system this week with some changes we think you will love! ❤️

Recurring Appointments ✨

Staff can now create recurring appointments from either the staff web portal or the staff mobile app. Making it easier to book a client in for a recurring slot in your calendar and manage it as you see fit.

We’ve included a ton of recurrence options to ensure you can set up your sessions as you need them.

You can identify recurring appointments on the calendar easily by looking for the recurring indicator.

Improved Appointment Pricing Options ✨

We’ve made appointment pricing more flexible, you can now set your appointments with either a monetary price, a credits price or both.

Setting a credits only price essentially enforces only members or customers with packages can book your appointments allow you to sell packages/memberships instead of individual sessions.

This also significantly reduces the complexity of the checkout to make it clearer how to pay for both member and staff member.
