💳 Stripe Terminal Payments, Now Built Into Gymflow
You can now order a physical card terminal through Gymflow, fully linked to your club. Your member taps, the invoice is marked paid, and the sale lands in your reports automatically. No double entry, and nothing to reconcile at the end of the day.
📦 A terminal built for your front desk
The terminal is a Stripe Reader S700, a proper countertop card machine that connects over your club WiFi.
Contactless payments: members can tap their credit or debit card, or pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay straight from their phone or watch.
Chip and PIN: for cards that need it, insert and enter a PIN as normal.
Lower processing fees: Stripe charges slightly less for in-person terminal payments than for online payments, so every tap at the desk costs you a little less to process.
Ordered through us: We order the hardware, register it to your club and post it out. When it arrives, connect it to your WiFi and it is ready to take payments.
More than one desk? No problem: register multiple readers to a club and choose which one each sale goes to.
🔗 Linked directly to your checkout
When you check out a sale in the Shop, a Terminal option appears alongside your existing Online and In Person payment options.
No double entry: the sale, invoice and payment are all handled in Gymflow the moment the card is tapped.
Works across sale types: credit packs, products and pre-paid memberships.
Wallet credit comes off first: if a member has a balance, the terminal collects whatever is left to pay.
Recurring memberships aren't included yet: a card tapped on a reader can't be saved for future billing, so those still need a stored card or direct debit.
🧾 Collect past-due invoices at the counter
Settle balances on the spot: send a past-due invoice straight to a terminal. This is also how you retry a tap that didn't go through.
📊 It lands properly in your reporting
Identified in revenue reports: terminal payments are marked in the revenue report list and CSV export, with their own payment method filter.
On the invoice too: terminal payments show with their own icon on the invoice details, for staff and members alike.
